H3 proudly promote and manage Hamilton’s premier event venues including Claudelands, FMG Stadium Waikato, Seddon Park and The Grandstand. Our spaces play host to a wide range of events from concerts, comedy shows and stage productions, to sport and family entertainment.
The volunteer programme will allow you to gain invaluable hands-on experience in the events industry, while working as part of a dedicated team to deliver some of the best events in the Waikato.
We are looking for individuals who:
Hours, times, roles and days of work will vary depending on scheduled events and volunteer requirements. Tasks could include anything from hosting and ushering, to carpark management and administration. For larger events, there could be more specific roles in areas such as media and VIP hosting, transport coordination and event management assistance.
Volunteers will be provided with a detailed orientation, training sessions and ongoing support, as well as a uniform. You will also be rewarded for your time at the end of each year with a volunteer thank you function.
